Electrical safety FAQs
What can I do to stay safe?
- Report all electrical faults as soon as you spot them. You can report them to us by emailing [email protected], filling out an online repairs form here, calling to let us know, or reporting the issue using our customer portal.
- Always allow access for repairs or safety assessments. Letting us carry out an electrical safety check is part of your tenancy agreement so you’ll need to give us access or get in touch to change your appointment if you can’t make it.
- Make sure all electrical repairs are completed by us or a trained professional.
Many of the appliances in your home are electric so it's important you regularly maintain them and make sure they are safe to use.
